Tubing
The tubing screws into the top of the pump/motor assembly and has two functions. Firstly, it forms the conduit for the passage of fluid to the surface and secondly, it acts as a structural "string" that supports the entire assembly, allowing it to hang from the surface. Tubing varies in diameter from 2 3/8" to 5 ½" OD.
